If you unlock a specific tier, that tier will carry into the next calendar year. If you fail to meet the tier points within the following calendar year, your tier will be reset to the equivalent number of points you earned that year.</p>\r\n<p dir=\"auto\">For example, if you reach the Platinum level in 2024, you will not be reset to the Insider tier on January 1, 2025. Instead, your 2025 status will start at the Platinum level you achieved in 2024. Your 2025 status is measured by the points earned in the calendar year. If you do not earn the points necessary for the next tier in 2025, your 2026 status will be reset to the tier you qualify for.</p>",

Official Rules – MÜV™ REWARDS

You consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data by MÜV™ Dispensary, the MÜV™ Rewards Program, and their authorized third-party agents and licensees in accordance with our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Privacy Practices. Only qualified patients or may participate in the MÜV™ Rewards Program. Participation in the MÜV™ Rewards Program constitutes acceptance of all program rules. You will earn two MÜV™ Rewards Points for every dollar spent if you are in the Insider, Gold or Platinum tier. You will earn three MÜV™ Rewards Points for every dollar spent if you are in the VIP tier. MÜV™ Rewards Points are non-transferable. MÜV™ Rewards Points begin to accumulate when you join the program and complete your first purchase. MÜV™ Rewards Points will expire 180 days after earning. At checkout, MÜV™ Rewards Points will be redeemed first, and any subsequent discount or promotion will be applied to the remaining balance. MÜV™ Rewards Points may be redeemed in 500 point increments. Valued at the following dollar amounts per tier: Gold, 500 points=$15 OFF • Platinum, 500 points=$25 OFF • VIP, 500 points=$40 OFF MÜV™ Dispensary reserves the right to discontinue membership privileges and void a member’s point balance and rewards if any unauthorized points are earned or redeemed, or if there is any unauthorized use of the program.
